Finding Your Voice After Silence
March 14, 2026
When life strips away your confidence, it can feel impossible to speak again. But your voice was never lost. It was waiting for the right season to rise.
There are seasons in a woman's life where silence becomes survival. Maybe you were in an environment where your words didn't matter. Maybe you learned that staying quiet kept the peace. Maybe the weight of disappointment made it easier to stop hoping out loud.
But silence was never God's design for you.
The Cost of Staying Silent
When we silence ourselves, we don't just lose our words. We lose our identity. We begin to believe the lie that we have nothing worth saying. That our perspective doesn't matter. That our dreams are too big, too bold, too much.
But Proverbs 31:8-9 (NLT) says, "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice."
You were designed to speak. To declare. To encourage. To lead with your words. And the first person who needs to hear your voice? It's you.
How Restoration Unlocks Your Voice
In the Rooted in Love framework, the Gate stage is where restoration begins. And one of the most powerful things that gets restored is your voice. Not just your ability to speak, but your belief that what you have to say matters.
As your identity is restored, as you begin to see yourself as a daughter of The Great I Am, something shifts. The fear of rejection loosens its grip. The need for approval fades. And in its place rises a holy boldness that says, "I was made for this."
Your Voice Is Your Gift
Your story, your perspective, your encouragement... these are gifts to the women around you. When you speak from a place of restoration, your words carry weight. They carry healing. They carry the fragrance of someone who has been with God.
So speak, beloved. The world is waiting to hear what God has placed inside of you.
